If you aren’t 100% happy with any item just return it within 15 days of your order date in its original condition/ packaging for a full refund to in-store credit or post marked within 3 days of delivery date for a full refund to your card minus shipping costs. SEE "EXCLUSIONS" BELOW

•All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags still attached.

• Any purchase made during a flash sale cannot be refunded or exchanged

• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, or perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

• Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have it- no worries, just print out your order confirmation email and send us your order summary.

Flat Rate= use our prepaid label and have the subsidized flat rate subtracted from your refund or in-store credit
